All pricing provided online by phone or in person is an estimate unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may change based on vehicle condition size complexity prior damage or additional labor required once the vehicle is inspected in person.

Any additional work or cost adjustments will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Customers are responsible for disclosing any prior paintwork body repairs resprays rust damage failing clear coat or aftermarket parts before service.

Moody AutoSpa is not responsible for issues related to pre existing conditions including but not limited to paint failure peeling clear coat fading cracking or improper prior installations.

Removal of vinyl PPF badges trim or accessories may reveal underlying defects that were previously hidden. Moody AutoSpa is not liable for these conditions.

Vinyl wrap and paint protection film are temporary protective products and are not permanent finishes.

Longevity depends on material type exposure maintenance and driving habits.

Seams edges and relief cuts are a normal part of professional installation and may be visible upon close inspection. Absolute invisibility is not guaranteed.

Wrap removal after extended periods or from compromised paint may result in paint damage.

Moody AutoSpa is not responsible for paint failure during or after removal if the underlying surface is not factory original or is already compromised.

Window tint darkness selection is the responsibility of the customer. Moody AutoSpa is not responsible for citations inspection failures or legal issues resulting from non compliant tint choices.

Haze distortion or minor imperfections may be present and are considered normal within manufacturer tolerances.

Warranty coverage varies by service and material and is subject to manufacturer terms.

Vinyl wrap installations carry a workmanship warranty as stated at time of service.

Paint protection film is covered by manufacturer warranty up to ten years depending on product.

Window tint is covered by a lifetime manufacturer warranty against bubbling peeling and discoloration.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents neglect pressure washing improper washing automatic car washes chemical exposure or intentional abuse.

Post install care instructions are provided and must be followed to maintain warranty eligibility. Failure to follow recommended care procedures may void warranty coverage.

Deposits may be required to secure an appointment.

Deposits are non refundable and applied toward final service cost.

Appointments canceled without adequate notice or vehicles not dropped off as scheduled may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Moody AutoSpa reserves the right to photograph and video vehicles before during and after service for documentation marketing and social media unless the customer requests otherwise in writing prior to service.
